FAIRGROUND CAROUSEL This is an extravagant recreation of a Victorian carousel with hand sculpted animals and hand-painted plaques depicting scenes from London and around the world. A heavy fruit sponge with five layers of royal icing form the base topped with a pastillage icing barrel organ casing supporting the ornate roof. The only items that can not be eaten on this lavish design are the poles that support the animal rides!
